Symptoms: if you, or anyone in your group, display any Covid-19 symptoms (high temperature; a new continuous cough; loss of taste / smell; respiratory problems) please contact us immediately to reschedule your visit.

We are complying with test and trace, please check in(with your NHS app or in reception) upon entry, our code is displayed on the windows.

If you or your child falls ill while in the play centre, please notify our staff at the earliest.

Face covering is recommended indoor for any person above 11 years old. You are not required to wear face covering while eating or drinking.

Hand sanitizer – every person need to sanities their hands before entry , hand sanitizer is provided, free of charge, around the play and the restaurant. Children are required to sanities their hand prior to entering the play frame.

Social Distancing  - Tables are spaced according to government guidelines and the people capacity is restricted. Please maintain social distance from other groups. Please do not move the tables.

Food and drink  – you will be able to order food and hot drinks from the restaurant we will bring it to your table

We have an enhanced level of cleaning in place, we are performing a deep clean between sessions focusing on places where children touch often.
